How I think and work
Technology enters once there is clarity about what needs to change.
My work starts with the business question. I learn how the operation works, where its bottlenecks are, which decisions are stalled and what evidence is missing. This keeps every problem from becoming a software purchase.
I then connect management, data and execution: I recover and organize information, size the impact, present priorities in executive language and, when needed, build the technical intervention.
That intervention may be a report, a dashboard, an action plan, a management routine, an automation, an integration, an AI agent or a custom application. The required outcome defines the deliverable.
