How I think and work
Technology enters once there is clarity about what needs to change.
My work starts with the business question. I learn how the operation works, where its bottlenecks are, which decisions are stalled and what evidence is missing. This keeps every problem from becoming a software purchase.
I then connect management, data and execution: I recover and organize information, size the impact, present priorities in executive language and, when needed, build the technical intervention.
Deliverables include sales and repeat-customer reports, 22 operating procedures for a service network, an integration for querying a business management system, and a page with a registration workflow. See the project details in Portuguese.

My background combines business administration, financial markets, data science, software development, product and leadership. My experience as a Brazilian Army reserve officer strengthened the discipline I bring to complex projects.
